I felt an instant connection with Thias and Bryce when we first met in Solana Beach, where I photographed their engagement session. Every time I meet a new couple, I am reminded of how special it is for newly engaged couples to choose me to photograph their engagement photos. And this couple, like many others, also felt a strong connection. We got along so well that they asked me to photograph their Darlington House wedding as well!
Their Darlington House Wedding was an intimate day with the bride and groom surrounded by their most loved friends and family. From their first look with one another, every moment of the day was extremely heartfelt. That theme continued throughout the rest of the day, with each moment being even more loving than the last. A guitarist performed their ceremony music live, which really enhanced the overall ambiance of the ceremony. The couple even incorporated a live stream broadcast of the day, as Thais has a large family back home in Brazil, so that every member of the family could share in the love of this moment. Capturing this life-changing day for couples is always so rewarding. It allows them to savor each moment through their photos and relive those emotions for years to come.
It’s always a pleasure to shoot at the Darlington House because this coastal venue is close to the Pacific Ocean’s shores and features lush landscaped gardens and expansive brick patios, providing a wide variety in your wedding album. This historic home is a mix of architectural styles from around the world, making it easily adaptable to any wedding style or design. This venue is also small enough for a small gathering. But, The Darlington House can accommodate up to 200 guests for wedding couples with larger guest lists. Consider hosting a Darlington House wedding if you want a transformable space with lush green gardens!
